01
Lester Real Estate Specialist is presented by Victor Lester and Jay Lester in affiliation with Coldwell Banker Caine. This notice describes the information practices for this public website and its private My Journey, My Home, Vault, messaging, saved-resource, and request experiences.
When this notice uses “we,” “us,” or “our,” it refers to the Lester professionals and service operations responsible for the experience described here. Separate brokerage, MLS, lender, closing, inspection, and other provider services may have their own notices.
02
We may receive your name, email address, mobile phone number, account and authentication details, and the information you include in contact, showing, valuation, commercial, referral, market-report, buying, selling, investing, relocation, or professional-guidance requests.
If you use My Journey, we may receive the plans, timelines, priorities, notes, messages, sharing choices, and resources you save. Saved resources can include homes, searches, places, communities, schools, and articles. My Home can include property details, home-care records, timeline entries, documents, and photos you choose to add. A claimed home relationship helps organize the workspace; it is not proof of legal ownership.
Please do not submit government identifiers, account credentials, payment-card data, or documents unrelated to a supported real estate or home-management purpose.
03
The service may create or receive sign-in and session-security events, authorization and sharing records, request timestamps, saved-item changes, downloads, file-safety results, error and abuse signals, and technical information such as browser type, device characteristics, and network address in infrastructure or security logs.
Limited operational records may help us understand whether a page or feature works. We configure those records so they do not copy the raw content of private messages, Vault documents, Home photos, or form answers into service-performance measurements.
04
Authentication cookies keep signed-in sessions secure. Short-lived signed cookies can carry a My Journey onboarding state or a safe return path between related steps. The onboarding cookie is configured to expire after 30 minutes. Similar signed continuation cookies may be used when an authenticated flow crosses pages.
Session storage in your browser may preserve an unfinished market-area, valuation, or seller-readiness form; a dismissed prompt; or a return path for the current browser session. Clearing browser data can remove those unfinished drafts or preferences.
External advertising analytics, cross-site advertising trackers, and optional engagement-tracking cookies are not active in the current service. If that changes, this notice and any required choice mechanism must be updated before activation.
05
We use information to create and protect accounts; provide requested website, Journey, Home, Vault, search, and communication features; remember supported choices; route a request to the appropriate professional; maintain authorization and audit records; detect fraud, misuse, and technical failures; improve accessibility and reliability; and meet applicable brokerage, legal, security, and recordkeeping obligations.
Saving an item or browsing a page does not by itself authorize a professional to view private Journey, Home, Vault, or messaging content.
Current professional preparation tools use governed Atlas records and deterministic rules. They do not send customer information to an external artificial-intelligence model, act autonomously for a customer, or make a housing, eligibility, valuation, or representation decision. Any future external AI processing requires separate approval and an updated notice before activation.
06
Private account information is limited through authentication, relationship-based access, and explicit sharing controls. Authorized professionals may see client records needed for their assigned work. The service records which individual professional is responsible for notes, tasks, messages, and administrative actions.
Vault items, Home photos, and eligible financial information are private to the account owner by default. They are not automatically shared with a professional. When a feature offers sharing, review the named recipient, category, and purpose before you approve it. Sharing access can be revoked through the available controls, although a recipient may need to retain a prior copy when law, brokerage obligations, or an active transaction requires it.
07
Supabase provides authentication, database, and protected-storage services. Vercel provides application hosting, delivery, and operational infrastructure. MapTiler receives the technical requests needed to deliver map styles and tiles when a map is viewed. These providers may process limited technical or account information to perform their services and protect their systems.
Testimonial Tree supplies the client-review presentation shown on public pages. When that presentation loads, Testimonial Tree may receive the ordinary browser and network information needed to deliver it. Its service remains separate from private My Journey, Vault, Home, and inquiry content.
Coldwell Banker Caine may receive information when needed for brokerage supervision or to handle a request routed through the affiliated brokerage. Other professionals or providers receive information only when the request, relationship, law, or an authorized sharing action supports that disclosure.
Spartanburg property information and authorized listing media are supplied through MLS Grid for the IDX home-search experience. The source data can be corrected, restricted, or removed when provider records or display rights change. MLS Grid is a listing-data source, not a destination for private Journey, Vault, or inquiry content through this website.
08
The website uses listing coordinates, selected places, typed locations, and map bounds to show homes and local context. It does not request your device’s precise GPS location. Map providers may still receive ordinary network and browser information needed to deliver tiles and other map resources.
09
We use your contact information to operate and protect your account and to respond to account help you request. When you submit a property inquiry, showing request, or other service request, Victor or Jay may use the email address or phone number you provide to respond and coordinate that request by email, phone call, or text. Marketing texts are not enabled. If offered later, they will require a separate opt-in and a way to stop them.
Account services may send necessary verification, recovery, security, or invitation messages through the authentication provider. Recurring market reports, promotional messages, and other optional campaigns are not currently sent by this service.
Existing communication preferences and unsubscribe records may be kept to honor a choice not to receive optional messages.
10
We use access controls, multifactor authentication for protected professional areas, relationship-based authorization, protected storage, signed session mechanisms, file-safety checks, sharing records, and operational logs. No website or storage system can guarantee absolute security.
Information is retained while it supports the service, an account or professional relationship, security and fraud prevention, brokerage or transaction recordkeeping, dispute handling, or another legal obligation. The current service does not apply an automatic account-wide deletion schedule. A request to remove information may be limited by backup, security, brokerage, transaction, legal-hold, or other required records.
11
You may browse public pages without creating a My Journey account. Within supported account tools, you may review or update preferences, remove saved items, manage eligible sharing grants, and change optional communication preferences.
For help with access, correction, a copy of supported information, account recovery, or deletion, use the contact information below or the private data-request pathway. We may need to verify your identity and authority before acting, and some requests may be limited by security, brokerage, transaction, or legal requirements.
12
This is a general real estate and home-services experience for people able to make their own housing and account decisions. It is not designed for children to use independently, and we do not knowingly invite children to create accounts or submit personal information.
The service is operated for real estate and local-life needs in the United States, with a focus on Upstate South Carolina. Information may be processed through service-provider infrastructure used to operate and secure the website.
13
We may update this notice as the service, providers, or legal requirements change. The date above will change when a revised notice is posted. If a change materially affects how private account information is handled, we will use an appropriate in-product, account, or direct notice before the new practice applies when required.
Contact Victor Lester at vlester@cbcaine.com or (864) 494-6150. Do not send sensitive financial or identity documents by ordinary email.
Signed-in users can also review the private data-request pathway.
